Pedestrian in hospital following vehicle collision


The Windsor Police Service is investigating a motor vehicle collision in which a pedestrian suffered serious injuries.

At approximately 11:30 p.m. on September 17, 2024, police responded to a report of a vehicle collision at the intersection of Dougall Avenue and Roseland Drive. Officers arrived at the scene and learned that a vehicle travelling northbound on Dougall Ave. struck a pedestrian.  

The 25-year-old pedestrian was taken to hospital, where he remains in the Intensive Care Unit.

The motorist remained on scene following the collision.

The Windsor Police Collision Reconstruction Unit was called to the scene and is investigating the incident.
