Person of interest sought in connection to vacant home fire
The Windsor Police Service is seeking the public’s help to identify a person of interest in connection to an arson earlier this month.
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on December 4, 2023, officers responded to an active fire at a vacant home in the 600 block of Riverside Drive East. While no one was injured in the incident, the structure sustained an estimated $400,000 in damages.
The Windsor Police Arson Unit launched an investigation and has obtained video surveillance of an individual entering the property prior to the fire.
The person is described as a white female with a medium build and dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater or jacket, bright orange shorts, and black shoes. She was pushing a blue and black stroller at the time of the incident.
