Pedestrian suffers life-threatening injuries in collision

The Windsor Police Traffic Reconstruction Unit is investigating a vehicle collision in which a pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries.

On December 3, 2023, shortly after 6 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Everts Ave. for a report of a motor vehicle collision. Through the investigation, officers learned that a vehicle travelling northbound on Everts struck a pedestrian from behind.

The 35-year-old pedestrian was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
