Police investigate possible arson in west Windsor
The Windsor Police Service has launched an arson investigation following a suspicious fire at a business in the city’s west end.
Shortly after 3 a.m. on October 25, 2023, officers were called to a store in the 2400 block of Tecumseh Road West for a report of an active fire. Members of Windsor Fire and Rescue attended and extinguished the blaze. A vehicle parked near the building was also damaged.
There were no reported physical injuries because of the fire.
Through investigation, the Windsor Police Arson Unit determined the blaze was suspicious in nature.
