Filing a false police report is a crime.

  • All cases filed using the Citizens Crime Reporting System will be reviewed.
  • Upon review, if further investigation of your case is needed, you may be contacted.
  • Reports filed on behalf of a third party. i.e. another person or for public property, will not be accepted. Reports must be filed by the actual complainant, owner or authorized representative.
Upon completion of this report process you will:
  • See the words: "Your online police report has been submitted" showing that your police report is complete.
  • Be given a police report case number.
  • Be able to print a copy of the police report to keep for your records.

How to File a Fraud Report 

  1. Use the links in the list above to select the type of Fraud you wish to report.
  2. After clicking the link, you will be prompted to complete a fillable PDF form.
  3. Complete the form and use the Save As function to save the form to your device. Use your first initial and surname as the file name. (e.g. John Smith will be jsmith.pdf)
  4. After saving the form, visit our online reporting portal to provide additional details and submit your report. When you reach the Incident Details section, click the Upload button and share your saved PDF.

Shoplifting (Retail Location Only)
Has something been stolen from a retail location at
which you are an employee, manager, or security?
Note: Shoplifting reports will only be accepted by
those authorized to report on behalf of the retail location.


In order to be eligible for online reporting, the complainant must be prepared to provide a witness statement and participate in the judicial process.
